Advanced supervision course completed!

We (Russell and Emma) have recently completed an advanced course on ‘Supervision for staff working in schools and community contexts: working relationally and reflexively’ at the Tavistock Centre. This training took place at the Tavistock Centre (London) and completion of this 5 day programme enables us to register with the nationally recognised ‘Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors‘ (https://www.bps.org.uk/lists/rapps). At present, we are the only two educational psychologists in Lincolnshire and Rutland able to register with RAPSS.

This training provided us with a deep grounding in the theory of supervision and plenty of opportunities for applying this in practice! We feel that we are now in great position to be able to effectively support staff requiring supervision, such as Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs); Deputy DSLs; head teachers and senior leaders, etc… See our staff training page for our supervision offer.
